The concierge person was really helpful assisting about adventures.
However the person was in charge in retail section needs more training. I asked about one merchandise and was told to come back next day because he was not sure about the product. Went back next day, still no answer, he supposed to call me back with answer next day, never received a call. Went back a week later, the merchandise was gone and he did not even remember what I asked for. I was really disappointed. The cafe and shop were one of my favorite place. I’ve not gone there since then.
