The SBS Championship, the season-opening event of the PGA TOUR, is scheduled for the week of January 4 - 10, 2010. Eligible PGA TOUR professionals competing in the 2010 event include the champions from the 2009 season. This unique field of approximately 36 professionals will compete on The Plantation Course at Kapalua Resort for the first title of the 2010 season.

The PGA TOUR starts at Kapalua Resort. The 2010 SBS Championship features an elite field of the 2009 PGA TOUR champions competing for their share of $5.6 million. Ticket are now on sale at www.kapalua.com . Season pass allows grounds access all week, January 4 - 10, 2010; includes practice rounds, Pro-Am and all four rounds of professional play. Cost is $55 before Jan. 3rd and $80 afterwards and at the gate. Children age 16 and under free when accompanied by a ticket holding adult. Advance ticketing not required for children.
